Trần Hoàng Calvin is an award-winning independent director and producer from Grand Rapids, Michigan. He graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in film and television production and has over a decade of experience in the film industry with credits from ABC News, VICE Media, and DECON-Mass Appeal. Trần is the founder of NODEHAUS media, an impact studio.
A bona fide filmmaker, Tran's directorial credits include CoinDesk's "Rizqi Presents: BLOCKCHAIN" on Amazon Prime, the Moving Picture Institute's "A Clean Slate" (Cleveland International, Best Documentary at Red Rock), LearnLiberty's "Refuge: The Story of Viet Tran" and "Dead Malls: Explained," and NODEHAUS's originals “Arbitrary Lines: The Free Spirit of Caroline” (Better Cities Film Festival), "Long Ride Home," and "An American Portrait."
His upcoming film credits include the Moving Picture Institute’s “Shoot, Shovel and Shut Up” (writer, director, editor), and NODEHAUS’s “Has Heart” (writer, director) and “Rainbow Rider” (producer)
